Return Policy

Canceling or changing an order:

We try to start the production as soon as possible. For personalized items, after your order is placed, cancellation or changes are not possible. However, please contact us to check if we can make an exception. The sooner we receive your message, the more likely we can still make changes.

Damaged, incorrect or missing item:

If a wrong, damaged or defective item arrived, or something is missing, send an email with a photo and your order number to. We'll arrange for a free replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first. The customer is responsible for contacting us within 3 days of delivery regarding any incorrect, damaged or missing items to be eligible for a replacement.


Please, do not send items back without contacting us first! If you are not happy for any reason, please let us know. Without an email to our customer service or if 7 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t process any refunds.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

Your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to personalized products, sale items, gift cards, adult products, lingerie, bundles with earrings or print-on-demand products like our shirts and hoodies. However, if you received a wrong or defective product, we’re happy to offer a free replacement.

In order to return an item, send an email toor use our contact form. Write us your name, order number and the reason for the return. If the reason is quality issues, also attach clear photos of the item.

If your application is approved, please follow the return instruction email from the customer service and send your product to the provided address.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost return package, and will not process any refund if we do not receive the return package.

Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 3 business days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 3-20 working days to credit your account.

Shipping Issues:

If the item is undelivered due to the shipping carrier's mistake, E.g. Lost in transit or delivered to wrong address but we have provided the correct address. We will send you a replacement order without additional cost. However, this is not subject to a refund due to unforeseen delays.

We are not responsible for orders that could not be delivered because of a customer mistake like entering the wrong or incomplete address, refused or not picked up from the post office. If the post office sends the package back to us, you have 1 week to contact us and request a reshipment to a corrected address. We store returned packages for 1 week, the reshipment service is free, you just have to pay for the new shipping label. If it's a personalized product and you did not request a reshipment within 1 week, it will be disposed, a refund is not possible.
