The feeling of making someone happy with a beautiful gift is wonderful. Therefore, the waiting time is even more difficult when it must arrive before a certain day.
To give you peace of mind, we try to make our shipping process as transparent as possible. Here are all the steps that your order is going through. Below that you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions.
How long does the shipping take?
The shipping time is different for each item, on the product page you will find a tab called "Shipping" with detailed information on how long it will take until that product arrives. Some products have multiple shipping options with different delivery times. If you already ordered a product from us, check your order confirmation email to see which shipping option you have chosen. Don't forget to add the processing time of 3-5 working days.
The shipping label was created 1-2 weeks ago, why is there still no update?
As you can see in the graphic above, the shipping label is created shortly after your order information has been received so a few days before the order is shipped. However, it takes around 5-10 days (after shipment, not after the creation of the shipping label) until the tracking link gets updated. This is no reason to worry, the shipping time is not affected. Despite the pandemic, your package should arrive within the stated delivery time and we will do our best to make sure it arrives as early as possible!
